Berlin

June 19th: after good 2 1/2 hours drive we arrived in Berlin. Love at first sight. Our hotel located in the eastern part of Berlin was very nice with a great view to the "Fernsehturm" (TV -Tower). As we got in late, we just enjoyed dinner at the Hotel.
June 20th: explored Berlin and its history. But first we had to strengthen ourselves with some good ole' American Starbucks Breakfast :-). Saw all the "must sees" + more... Even had some time for some H&M shopping (well the boys and Sophie did!)
June 21st: decided to do something more kid friendly and visited the Berlin Zoo - very nice and not crowded at all! Via Kurfuerstendamm and Rathaus Schoeneberg we found another fun Biergarten where we watched Germany beat Northern Ireland 1:0.
